Story of Kelpie Games
I had the chance to work in my FLGS for a few years and from there I knew I wanted to run my own store, I loved being able to build up & interact with the community and run events for them, so now I'll be doing that again but for my hometown instead this time.
The opportunity arose in my personal life and a good location became available. So I took it as a sign that now was the time to take the leap and here we are.
Shipping & Returns
We aim to ship out most orders if we have everything in stock within 1-3 business days, sometimes we will have to wait on back-ordered items to come in before we can ship it out to you, we will try keep you informed of any time scales we receive from our suppliers.
To deliver your favourite products, we work closely with Royal Mail. We are ready to entrust them with your orders and will be on your side if something happens where you don't receive your delivery.
We will be happy to assist you for eligible returns, with a return instructions and the return shipping address. If you need a return or exchange, send us an email so we can discuss a replacement.
