Shipping & Payment Info

Shipping at Kelpie Games is offered in the simplest and fastest way possible whilst still remaining cost effective. We only offer flat rate shipping, this means that no matter how many items you order your shipping cost will never increase, please be aware though some larger products may require a higher postage cost due to weight or size.

We aim to ship orders with all items in stock next day, when placed before the order cut off (UK 14:30).

Items which are not in stock typically take 5-14 days to arrive with us. Although this is a fairly broad time frame we do expect that majority of items to already be on order and arrive within a few working days. Certain ranges can take a little longer due to importation, if you want to double check anything then please drop us a message and we’ll be happy to ask our suppliers for ETAs.

Orders will only ship once all items are in stock.

Shipping times vary from location to location as do costs. Please see below for further information on the services available.

UK Shipping

Domestic shipping is available in Express or Standard formats. Both services are tracked and a tracking number will be provided with your dispatch email.

Please note that certain items are prohibited from shipping via certain services, in the event you have restricted items your shipping options may be reduced.

Royal Mail deliver Monday to Saturday.

We reserve the right to upgrade/downgrade your shipping service depending on size or value of the order. In the event of a pre-order we are unable to ship the items to arrive ahead of the release date.

FREE shipping is available in all locations we post to, the threshold for each of these countries will vary.

Alternatively shipping forwarders are available and will enable us to post to a UK address. In this case your delivery will be treated just like a UK shipment and follow the domestic rates.

Orders with all items in stock will usually ship next day when orders are placed before 2pm GMT.

Once shipped, these orders will typically arrive in under 3 working days via Royal Mail.

No shipping available?

Some locations are not covered adequately with our current shipping providers, this could be due to a variety of factors.

If you would like a shipping quote for your country please email a list of items and your location to kelpiegames@hotmail.com and we will aim to reply within 2 working days.

Any orders containing Spray Paints or aerosols under 500ml will be limited to 2 per parcel, if you order more than this we will be in touch to make you aware and can work with you to amend your order or arrange a separate parcel.
