The format will be 1000pt standard with 3 rounds using Swiss pairings.
There are NO painting or basing requirements, though it is always encouraged, and model swaps/substitutions/print-and-play for missing cards is generally accepted as long as it is clear to your opponent. If in doubt of any rules please reach out to the EO.
